Packing

All approved bars are lubricated with rust preventing oil and packed into bundles of approximately 1 – 1.5 tons weight. The finished bundles are tagged, colored and accounted for without fail as to facilitate traceability to the customers in account of any quality or other problem arise post delivery from our site.

Complying with the International regulations, our bars are packed in approximately one ton bundles duly wrapped in polethylene, wire strapped and suitably reinforced in bituminized hessian cloth. Additional wire strapping and wooden supports are provided when found necessary. Both ends of each bundle have name tags which give the required details of the quality and quantity of steel in the bundle.

Wooden Palettes/Wooden Boxes: Coils, Compact Coils, Wooden and Metal Spools, Cores, Drums all can be supplied on wooden pellets for easy handling and unloading. Wooden Boxes with MS support are also provided for extra protection.
